One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. "This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. Rooms a bit shabby but I guess they are doing the place up gradually. Very clean and comfortable though, great bed, and plenty of hot water. I stayed in...

"Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink."
"Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
